Meadows & Co Celebrates 50 Years of Service
We’re delighted to welcome Nikhil Amin, who joins Meadows & Co as a Consultant Property Solicitor in our Residential Property Department.
Nikhil specialises in residential conveyancing across London and Surrey, bringing with him over a decade of experience advising individuals, families and investors on the buying, selling and refinancing of residential property.
He acts on both freehold and leasehold transactions, handling everything from straightforward matters to more complex cases involving title issues, lease variations, transfers of part and new build properties.
Known for his clear communication style and pragmatic approach, Nikhil understands that property transactions can often feel stressful. He works closely with clients, estate agents and brokers to ensure matters progress smoothly, while maintaining careful and thorough attention to the legal details.
Nikhil also has particular expertise in leasehold property, regularly advising on deeds of variation, licences for alterations and deeds of surrender and regrant.
Before joining us, Nikhil was a Partner at a London firm, where he built a strong reputation for responsive client service, practical advice and long-standing client relationships.
Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys golf, boxing and spending time with his three children.
