The preparation and submission of immigration applications, excluding asylum applications;

  • Naturalisation (sometime known as a Citizenship application), registration and proof of residence
    • We charge £1,300 to £2,600 plus VAT on average for this work, with the assistance of a specialist in-house immigration specialist.
  • Applications for visas for visiting, working (including Skilled Worker visas) or studying
    • We charge £1,000 to £2,850 plus VAT on average for this work, with the assistance of a specialist in-house immigration specialist.
  • Dependent relative and family reunion applications
    • We charge £600 to £2,000 plus VAT on average for this work, with the assistance of a specialist in-house immigration specialist.
  • Sponsor Licence applications
      • We charge £1,000 to £5,000 plus VAT on average for this work. The fee depends on the level of service you require.
  • Settlement or Indefinite Leave to Remain applications
      • We charge £1,500 to £3,500 plus VAT on average for this work, with the assistance of an in-house immigration specialist

The work covered includes:

  • Considering documents (approximately 2-5 days)
  • Meeting with you to discuss the position and strategy (approximately 1 -2 weeks)
  • Taking your instructions and offering advice
  • Preparing and submitting the application to the Home Office (approximately 2-3 weeks)
  • Advising you on timelines and the outcome of your application
  • Overall control of the transaction throughout, including liaison with the Home Office

 Please note that:

  • The charge is based on hourly charging-rates of between £140 to £300 per hour.
  • This estimate is just an average price based on recent instructions; the actual cost to you will depend on a number of factors which we will discuss with you if you decide to instruct us.
  • There will be other costs on top. These are fees and charges we will need to pay on your behalf as part of the process, such as Court and Tribunal fees and interpreter costs, Government fees. These costs may vary depending on your specific needs and requirements and will be discussed with you.  You may also have a friend who can act as interpreter.

Our fees do not include any external costs and charges that we may incur as part of the process (eg. fines, penalties, criminal liabilities, payments to secure immigration status). You will also be responsible for these items.

(2) The provision of advice and representation at the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in relation to appeals against Home Office visa or immigration decisions, excluding asylum appeals;

We charge between £1,500 to £4,600 plus VAT on average for this work, with the assistance of a specialist immigration barrister where appropriate.

We understand the implications of having to conduct an appeal against a refusal of immigration or visa status in the UK.  The work covered includes:

  • Discussing the application and deciding if it is the most appropriate one for you to make; discussing other options (approximately 2-3 weeks)
  • Advising you on whether you meet the criteria for your application (approximately 2 weeks)
  • Considering relevant supporting documentation you have or will need to obtain and assisting you where required (approximately 2 – 3 weeks)
  • Preparing your application for the Tribunal
  • Submitting the appeal to the Tribunal
  • Advice on (and instructing counsel’s attendance at) Home Office interview
  • Advice on the outcome of the application and next steps

Please note that:

  • The charge is based on hourly charging-rates of between £140 to £240 per hour.
  • This estimate is just an average price based on recent instructions; the actual cost to you will depend on a number of factors which we will discuss with you if you decide to instruct us.
  • We may use the assistance of counsel for immigration matters where necessary
