Jessika Bhatti is a Senior Associate with Civil Higher Rights of Audience. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2015 and joined the firm’s Litigation department in May 2019. Jessika acquired her LLB law degree from the University of Surrey and completed her Law school at the College of Law.

Jessika has a long history of specialising in a wide range of litigious matters. Including but not limited to private and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, debt recovery and commercial litigation.

She also specialises in complex contested probate matters acting for executors, beneficiaries and potential claimants. She recently set an important precedent in the landmark case of Harbans Kaur v The Estate of Karnail Singh. The case was widely reported in the BBC and the worldwide media.

Jessika is a compassionate solicitor who always strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients. She approaches all cases pragmatically balancing costs and the desired outcome.

In Jessika’s spare time, she enjoys Jazz music, cooking and travel.
