John Fawcett has joined the firm as Partner
We are pleased to welcome Jagat Shah to our Private Client Team. Jagat is an experienced private client solicitor, advising families and individuals on all aspects of private client law including inheritance tax and succession planning, wills, administration of estates, trust creation and administration, and powers of attorney.
Jagat qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a worldwide recognised professional body for practitioners in the field of trusts and estates. Jagat’s membership of “STEP” and knowledge means he brings a wealth of experience to complement the Private Client Team and broadens the firm’s private client experience and offering for clients.
