We’re delighted to welcome Alex Riley to the team as a Consultant Property Solicitor.
Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and brings with him a wealth of experience across both residential conveyancing and commercial property. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for his clear communication, professionalism, and client-focused approach — often receiving repeat instructions from a wide network of loyal clients and agents.
Alex has a particular interest and specialism in leasehold enfranchisement, including both individual lease extensions and large-scale collective freehold purchases.
Outside of work, Alex is a passionate community advocate in and around Molesey, where he produces a local magazine celebrating culture and creativity, and runs two monthly markets supporting local producers and businesses.
