Meadows Ryan Solicitors Ltd welcome three new consultants to the firm:
Sarah Barnes-Whurr: Residential Property
Sarah joins the Meadows Ryan team having worked in residential conveyancing firms within her local area of Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Kingston Upon Thames and Esher for several years. She has extensive experience of her local area, both through work and through being a local resident, and has good relationships with many of the estate agents in the area. Although Sarah has only recently qualified as a solicitor she has been in law for some time, having been called to the Bar in 2013 and having worked in residential conveyancing prior to this since 2009. She acts for clients across a wide range of conveyancing transactions, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties and re-mortgages.
Clare Nicholls: Residential Property
Clare has over 25 years’ experience in Property Law specialising since qualification in Freehold, leasehold residential property including sale and purchase Transfer of equity, lease extensions, new builds and extensive conveyancing experience particularly in High-Net-Worth Clients.
Mark Nierada: Private Client
Mark Nierada has over 30 years’ experience as a private client solicitor in the UK and internationally. He is a full member of STEP and admitted to practice in the UK and Dubai. Mark advises UK and international clients with assets in multiple jurisdictions on a broad range of international and domestic tax, trust, succession and estate planning matters. Many of his clients are non-UK domiciled, and much of his work has an international dimension. He has considerable experience of establishing tax efficient, cross-border, asset-holding structures (including trusts, foundations and alternative investment structures) for the preservation of assets and for succession.
