Piers is the Managing Partner of Meadows & Co, with prior experience at the London office of Mayer Brown. His practice encompasses both residential and commercial property matters.
Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2003, Piers also holds the Notary Public qualification.
In residential property, Piers specializes in high-value sales and purchases within Surrey and Central London’s private estates. His clientele includes city solicitors, athletes, and international buyers, often referred by buying agents. Piers also represents investors with mixed portfolios, providing comprehensive management services. Additionally, he has extensive experience in real estate finance, regularly assisting offshore SPVs.
Notable transactions include the refinance of a hotel chain for €300 million, the refinance of a mixed portfolio for over £50 million, and the sale of Central London residential property for over £30 million. Piers also serves as Deputy President of Lexlink, an association of independent international law firms.
