Paul is a commercial lawyer who has worked for many years in both private practice and as an in-house lawyer for a group of companies with freight forwarding, import and export agency, and manufacturing operations. He also has considerable experience working with lawyers in many jurisdictions worldwide.
Paul qualified in 1970 and originally practised in many areas of the law, including private client work, but later focused on commercial and corporate matters as lawyers became more specialised.
Paul’s hobbies include cycling, golf and military history.
