Nikhil is a consultant property solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing across London and Surrey.
With over a decade of experience, Nikhil advises individuals, families and investors on the buying, selling and refinancing of residential property. He acts on both freehold and leasehold transactions, ranging from straightforward purchases and sales to more complex matters involving title issues, lease variations, transfers of part and new build properties.
Nikhil is known for his clear communication style and pragmatic approach. He understands that buying or selling a home can often feel stressful and works closely with clients, estate agents and brokers to keep transactions progressing smoothly while ensuring the legal aspects are handled carefully and thoroughly.
He has particular experience in leasehold property and regularly advises on matters such as deeds of variation, licences for alterations and deeds of surrender and regrant.
