Minni Jokipii

Minni is a consultant solicitor within the Meadows & Co team having joined in August 2022. Minni trained with Osborne Clarke in their London office and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Her area of specialism is in e-commerce law, and she has previous experience in advising platform and brand owners in the media, retail, and financial services sectors such as The Financial Times, eBay, PayPal and Gumtree on general commercial and e-commerce contract matters concerning their UK and European internet platforms. Minni provided intellectual property, brand protection, content clearance, and regulatory compliance advice to these businesses in addition. Further to a career break, Minni has expanded her practice and now also advises on non-contentious employment and sports law matters.
