Minni is a consultant solicitor within the Meadows Ryan team having joined in August 2022. Minni’s area of specialism is in e-commerce law and she has previous experience in advising brand owners in the media, retail and financial services sectors on general commercial and e-commerce contract and compliance matters. Further to a career break, she is expanding her practice areas to include advising on employment and sports law matters.
Minni trained with Osborne Clarke in their London office, qualifying in 2004. She went on to work as an in-house lawyer. Her roles required her to advise The Financial Times, eBay UK as well as former eBay group companies PayPal UK and Gumtree on commercial and e-commerce contracts concerning their UK and European internet platforms. Minni provided intellectual property, brand protection, content clearance, and regulatory compliance advice to these businesses in addition.
Minni loves sport, especially tennis. She is fluent in Finnish and can converse in Afrikaans and French.
