Priscilla has over 18 years’ experience in law.

After completing her Bachelor of Laws Degree, she became a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, where she was called to the Bar in 2000. She subsequently read for a Masters in Law Postgraduate Degree. While preparing for her thesis as part of her Masters, she secured a post as a legal assistant for one year in a well-established London law firm, where she was offered a full-time position as a litigator, following her Masters graduation and where she worked for two more years.

Priscilla moved to another London law firm of over 100 years’ practice in 2009, where she continued her work as a litigator for nearly 14 years, before moving to Lennons.

Priscilla has a wealth of experience in civil litigation, including small, fast and multi-track cases, advocacy, litigation aspects of commercial lease renewals, including working for a major UK charity with a portfolio of over 500 properties nationwide and abroad, advisory work, drafting, company law, landlord and tenant law, contractual disputes, international jurisdictional issues, bankruptcy/insolvency, agency work, employment law, party-wall/boundary/co-ownership and right of way disputes, professional negligence, bona vacantia, enforcement proceedings including enforcement of international judgments, residential and commercial recovery of possession, among many others.

Priscilla also has experience in substituting for heads of department.

She is well-versed in written and spoken French, Hindi and Creole, which has been a useful tool in her dealings with foreign matters, and which has enabled her to liaise with ease with legal colleagues in other jurisdictions.
